These terms apply towards my art work and design, be sure to read through as I have updated the rules. I mainly sell adoptables on Toyhouse and DeviantArt.

Terms Of Service

♡ Character Adoptable ♡Once you own the adopt you are allow to make any changes such as change color or add/remove accessories to the design as long as it has some resemblance from the original design and please do credit me for the original design.♡ Outfit Adoptable ♡Once you own the design you are allow to make any changes such as change colour or add/remove accessories to the design as long as it is appropriate and please do credit me for the original design.♡ BTA/CTA/OTA ♡BTA = Bid To Adopt
CTA = Claim To Adopt
OTA = Offer To AdoptFor bid to adopt please bid under the bid comment and/or any others before you. This only apply to bid to adopt post.For claim to adopt please message under the claim comment or comment which number of the adopt you are claiming. This only apply to claim to adopt post.For offer to adopt only offer what it is listed on the adopt such as money, art, trade, custom etc. This only apply to offer to adopt post.If you do not respond in time the adopt will be reopened (You have 48 hours)♡ Payment/Currency ♡Payments can be made through PayPal or KofiReal currency(£) and Virtual currency(DA pts) price arrangement £1=100pts. This currency is apply to all the new adopts starting from now (June 2025) all other older adopts will stay the same.I won't be doing refunds or holds, please be sure you have enough to pay for the full priceResell are allowed for only it's original price unless they had came with any extra art, addon etc♡ Personal/Commercial Use ♡Personal use of the design:
- Story/Character building
- Personal artwork
- Reposting onlineCommercial use of the design:
Commercial price is doubled the original price for example £10 will be £20
- Allow of advertisement
- Promoting production
- Merchandise artwork♡ Delivery ♡You will receive unwatermarked images of the adopt/design via Instagram, email or toyhouse. If you are receiving through toyhouse do not remove it, this is so I can be able to keep track of my designs I have made.
